What Are Chakras?
Chakras are energy centers located in the body that control different areas of our lives. There are seven chakras in total, each with its own color, element, and mantra.
When these energy centers are blocked, it can cause physical or emotional problems. To unblock them, we need to align our thoughts, emotions, and actions with the correct chakra.
